One Hundred Today !!

So, I was all fired up to write the follow-up to my last post, when I noticed that this entry is my 100th! ONE HUNDREDTH !! I have written a hundred posts. I mean I know that’s not such a big deal, given that I started the blog back in 2008 but still….a hundred !!

That’s a hundred little peeks into my sad old life! But actually, writing those one hundred entries has made me not so sad….. I think! It has certainly helped me along a path of discovery.

So I think I’m going to pat myself on the back! It’s not something I do often but I will today. It’s Easter after all. I shall sit back this afternoon munching chocolate and smiling at how very clever I am !!!

I’ll go back to the “woe is me” writing, next time ……. !!

  7. Woohoo! 100! What an accomplishment!

I have just been catching up on your blog. I can't imagine what that must have been like - I picture it happening much like in "Say Anything.."

  8. Congrats on your centenary! Enjoy the moment.

I've just read your post about discovering you were in debt and the mortgage wasn't paid and the car was repossessed. What a nightmare. You had, have, every right to feel aggrieved. I believe a marriage, partnership should be completely transparent with finances and everything. But I know some men are still very defensive about money matters.

Enough of that. Wallow in the glory of your 100 posts!

  9. Congratulations, dear one. Selina, you may see your life as 'sad' but I don't. Not now I don't. You have grown so much in the time I've known you through your blog, and I get a great deal out of following your journey. I'm also happy to have gotten to know you as a friend who understands much more than she sometimes gives herself credit for.
